Privacy Policy
White Rain Capital · Year 2092 · Last updated July 2026
This policy explains what information our customer relationship management (CRM) application collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the app hosted at crm.year2092.com and the businesses it operates for (White Rain Capital, Year 2092, HomeSmart, and Neighborhood Loans).
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit: when you fill out a form on one of our sites (for example, a contact or “book a call” form), we collect the name, phone, email, company, and any message you provide.
- Business data you or your team enter: contacts, companies, deals, notes, and messages created inside the CRM.
- Google Business Profile data: when an authorized user connects a Google account, we access that account’s Business Profile information (locations, reviews, questions and answers, and performance metrics) to display it in the CRM and, only after a human approves, to publish replies you write.
- Usage and technical data: standard server logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide the CRM’s features: managing contacts, communications, documents, and (where connected) Google Business Profile operations.
- To respond to inquiries you send us through our forms.
- To draft and, only with a human’s explicit approval, publish replies to your own Google reviews.
- To operate, secure, back up, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google API Services Limited Use disclosure
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Business Profile data we access is used solely to provide the features described above, is stored securely (credentials encrypted, server-side only), is never sold, never transferred except as needed to provide the service, and is never used for advertising. A human on your team approves every write back to Google; nothing is published automatically.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the app (such as hosting, database, email, and messaging providers), and only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law. Each customer’s data is isolated from every other customer’s at the database layer.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Access credentials (including Google tokens) are encrypted and accessible only to our servers. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
- You can disconnect a connected Google account at any time from the app’s Settings, which revokes our access.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- To opt out of text messages, reply STOP; to opt out of marketing email, use the unsubscribe link.
